Orders and Shipping
Once your order is confirmed, our team processes it within 1–2 business days. Deliveries across India typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, enabling you to monitor your shipment.
To create an account, visit the NXTSHADE homepage and click “Sign Up” at the top-right corner. Provide your email address and choose a secure password, then click “Register.” You will receive a confirmation email upon successful account creation. You may also log in using Google or Facebook for added convenience.
You may modify your shipping address at any time before your order is dispatched. To do so, log in to “My Account”, navigate to “Addresses,” update your delivery information, and save your changes. If your order has already shipped, please contact our Customer Support team immediately for assistance.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. Alternatively, you can log in, go to “My Account” → “Orders,” and view real-time updates on your shipment.
For your security, we do not store full credit card details. Payment processing is handled by reputable, PCI-compliant providers using end-to-end encryption. Your sensitive information is never retained on our servers.
Yes. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated based on your shipping address in accordance with Indian tax regulations. The amount will be clearly displayed during checkout prior to order submission.
Currently, NXTSHADE ships only within India. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
If all items in your order are available in stock and located at the same facility, they will be dispatched together in a single package. In rare cases—such as split inventory or differing dispatch centers—items may ship separately. Each shipment will include its own tracking number for your convenience.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the wrong item.we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, kindly email us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.
Once your return request is approved by our support team, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions via email. Please ensure the item is securely packed and includes your order number for faster processing.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our support team immediately. If your order has not been dispatched, we will assist in updating the address. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the address once the order has been shipped.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be altered or canceled.
Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, you may sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be informed once the item becomes available again.
